Departure information
in our simple checklist below.

Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure to allow sufficient time for check-in, baggage handling, and security screening.

Check-in will close 45 minutes before the scheduled departure, and the gate will close 30 minutes prior to departure.

Onboard Information
Ascend Airways cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment (e.g. tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, or other potential allergens). The airline does not accept responsibility for allergic reactions. Passengers with severe food allergies are encouraged to take precautions if concerned about potential exposure to allergens, such as:

Bringing their own meals

Informing the airline or on-board crew of specific allergies

Carrying prescribed anaphylaxis or other treatment (for example: ready-for-use epi-pens)

Allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, etc.

Ascend Airways Malaysia cannot guarantee nut-free meals due to the risk of cross-contamination. Passengers with nut allergies are advised to bring their own meals that do not require refrigeration or reheating. Please inform the cabin crew of your allergy, and they will assist with any available meal options onboard.

Other passengers may carry nuts or products containing nuts, nut oils, or nut traces, which could transfer to surfaces like seats, armrests, and aisles, or circulate in the cabin atmosphere. For your safety, we recommend using sanitizing wipes, wearing face masks, and keeping appropriate medications close. You may also inform nearby passengers of your allergy and consider requesting a window seat or one at the back of the aircraft to minimize exposure to allergens.

Passengers with food allergies or medical dietary restrictions are welcome to bring their own meals onboard. We kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below:

Ascend Airways Malaysia will not heat such meals.

Ascend Airways Malaysia will also not allow such meals to be refrigerated as there is a possibility of the allergen-free meal being contaminated with the allergen present within other food placed in the refrigerator.

Quarantine regulations in some countries require that any food brought on board by customers must be consumed on the flight or left on board the aircraft.
